What would you give for this?

I park beside this little building every day. It used to be a shop but has been closed for many months. Today the sold sign went up. The site comprises only the small buildings you see, not the car park. It extends to 0.1 acres, a little less than 5,000 square feet.
What am I bid for this tiny site, without any planning permission, in a back street several blocks off Belfast's city centre?

  1. I'm clueless when it comes to property. But I'll say a quarter of a million? (First idea was half a million but thought that might be a bit too much)

  2. No idea but it looks very sad and lonely as it is.

  3. The asking price was "Offers abive £1.4 million"
That's £14 million an acre, or nearly £3,000 a square foot!!!
And they say the property market's in a slump - who are they trying to kid???
