This is an unofficial memorial that appeared at the gates of Belfast's City Hall over the weekend in memory of the Polish president, his wife & the 94 others who died with them in a plane crash in Russia last Friday.
It's also a tangible sign of how Northern Ireland is changing. A few years ago, there would not have been such a memorial. There wouldn't have been a Polish community to create it.
Belfast is becoming more and more multi-cultural and, for my money, that can only be a good thing.
Saw it earlier - very moving.
